What we process

DateSolver does not require user accounts. The calculators run entirely in your browser and the dates you enter are never sent to any server.

We store one preference, your chosen date format, in your browser's localStorage. This value never leaves your device.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for a short period for security and performance reasons.

Advertising

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

Inside the European Economic Area, personalized advertising is only enabled after you grant consent through our cookie banner. If you reject, no AdSense script is loaded.

Legal bases

• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for advertising cookies and any personalized advertising.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for short retention of security logs and operation of functional browser storage that you initiate.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

• request rectification or erasure;
• request restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP), azop.hr.

International data transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
